In my first full-time role after graduating from UC Berkeley, I returned to ARRAY. Director Ava DuVernay’s Peabody Award-winning social impact arts collective pushes for the representation of diverse filmmakers in the entertainment industry.
As the Executive Assistant to Jeff Tobler (the Chief Marketing Officer), I worked across all pillars of the company to help promote the award-winning titles as well as educate our audiences on social issues and initiatives.
Key skills I picked up include: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), Monday, Google Suite, and Dropbox asset management.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
ARRAY Crew: Booked & Busy
I directed and produced this social media series highlighting below-the-line film/TV crew members who utilized ARRAY’s hiring platform, ARRAY Crew. I conducted crew member outreach, interviewed each member, and led the editing/posting process. The series has accumulated 50K+ views across social platforms.
Marketing Strategy
A small marketing team means all hands on deck! I helped strategize social media tactics, YouTube channel management, potential partnerships, and PR mailers. Targeting an Instagram audience of 113K+, I personally designed multiple social media assets using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator that were posted on the company account as well as on Ava’s account.
